Emotional intelligence is one of the most critical capabilities for leadership, teamwork, and long-term success. The EQ (Emotional Quotient) assessment measures how effectively individuals understand and manage emotions—both their own and those of others.
During this training, you’ll explore how the assessment measures the five core areas of emotional intelligence:

- Social Regulation
